Subscription Refunds

For subscription purchases:

  • Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Refund requests must be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting support
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Recurring subscription charges after the first billing cycle are non-refundable (cancel anytime before renewal)

Credit Purchases

For one-time credit purchases:

  • Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase
  • Once credits are used to generate research or copywriting, they are non-refundable
  • Partial refunds may be issued for unused portions of credit packages

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your MarketDesire account
  2. Navigate to your subscription or billing settings
  3. Click "Request Refund" or contact our support team
  4. Provide your reason for the refund (helps us improve)
  5. We'll process your request within 2 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Credits that have been used to generate research or copywriting
  • Subscription renewals after the 14-day initial period
  • Services obtained through promotional offers or free trials
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

Cancellation vs Refund

Important distinction:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing but you retain access until the end of your current period. No refund for current period unless within 14 days.
  • Refund: Returns your money and immediately terminates access (within eligibility period).
